Payment Terms
Payment Terms and Refund ProtectionLoading applies on net professional fee (after discount), before GST
Refund protection: 80% refundable only if VA/VAE is not successful despite complete and correct documents being provided within 90 days and all client obligations being fulfilled.
No refund: 0% refund if the client cancels, fails to provide documents, gives incorrect documents, delays OTP/login support, delays RITES/government/portal payment, or the case fails due to client-side deficiency.

Selected: 100% Advance · Advance ₹59,000 · Balance nil · Total ₹59,000 (incl GST).

How you're billed: one proforma invoice based on the selected payment term. The advance is due before we start work; the balance is due on completion. Government / portal fees, if any, are billed at actuals. GST 18% extra on all.
